
PARTY ENTREE SUGGESTIONS
Home-cooked beef or pork roast is thinly sliced and coated with our own recipe barbecue sauce. Brines will prepare your order of barbecue pork or beef hot and ready to serve, or you may heat it yourself in a crock-pot or oven dish. Serve on our homemade Vienna buns. To figure your quantity, we recommend 3 ounces of barbecued meat per sandwich, and 1 1/2 sandwiches per person.
From dainty to large, you determine the size of your shrimp tray by the number of pieces you order. Minimum 12 pieces, tray comes with homemade cocktail sauce and garnished with lemons and greens.
Brines giant sub sandwich is stuffed with honey cured ham, sliced salami, summer sausage, Swiss and cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato. Italian dressing on fresh bread completes the sandwich. Each of our 3-foot subs serves 10-12 people. Please order at least 24 hours in advance.
Brines Deli offers a wide selection of cold meats and cheeses that may be custom-combined and presented on a tray.

In addition to our specially arranged meat and cheese trays, we offer our meat and cheese sliced and wrapped in paper for you to use and display as you like. We offer a huge selection of fresh meats and cheeses. Please stop by our deli and sample some. When determining quantities, there are two sizes of sandwiches typically served. For smaller sandwiches, served on our homemade Vienna rolls, we suggest 2 ounces of meat and cheese per sandwich and recommend 1 1/2 sandwiches per person. For larger sandwiches, on our Butcher Buns, we recommend 3 ounces of meat or cheese per sandwich and would normally recommend 1 per person.

Baked fresh daily, Brine's Homemade Butcher Buns are the best in town! Big and soft, we offer these buns in white, whole wheat, onion, rye and pumpernickel.
Brine's Fresh, Hand-Made Party Trays
Prepared fresh daily, Brines fruit salad includes an assortment of watermelon, cantaloupe, red and green grapes, pineapple, honeydew and strawberries. Available by the pound, our prices will vary by season. Please ask for current prices. Fruit salad may be packaged in buckets or presented in a disposable serving bowl. Marshmallow fruit dip is also available per pound.
